How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order, simply visit the TÉMMÈ LASHUP catalogue selecting the mink lashes of choice and add to basket. Once you have completed your shop by visiting the basket. You have a choice to sign up where you will be informed of any deals/ promotional code via our email campaigns.
Payment and Shipping:
Payment via the website are quick and simple with the options of direct debits and credits card listed. Shipment is only available for the UK, Spain, Italy, USA, Ghana , Nigeria and others (other locations will be available shortly).
If you request a specific location that we are not covering already, kindly send us your suggestion by filling the form on our contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All TÉMMÈ LASHUP shipments are carried out with Royal mail and a tracking number is provided to all customer.
Returns & Refunds:
The nature of our mink lashes does not permit us to provide any refunds/ exchanges on any product purchased due to hygienic reason.
TÉMMÈ LASHUP eyelashes are handmade and therefore may vary slightly. We assess all lashes that are sent to ensure our lashes are damage free before processing any orders. However, if you receive an item damaged - simply fill out our form on the contact page.
In the case of damaged packaging we will report each case to our postal provider to improve the service.
How do I become an affiliate?
It is as simple as completing out contact form in the contact tab. In the description tab we request you state the following: 1) Why you would want to be an affiliate 2) Occupation 3) Social media hands.
As an affiliate we can provide you a number of on going promotional codes and routine PR packages of mink lashes.
